Draft Plans of Subdivision
The WDRA is committed to keeping residents informed on the plans and associated timelines as they relate to the development of Seaton. In an effort to do so, we will continue to communicate with the Seaton Stakeholders to obtain and understand the most up-to-date information.
At the Oct 19, 2016 meeting of the Association, a presentation was shared with residents that included the most current details based on recent meetings with the City of Pickering and the consultant for White Sun Developments (the landowner in close proximity to the Hamlet). In response, residents have asked to be updated with as much information as possible, including an understanding of lot sizes. To that end, we have found on the City of Pickering’s website the draft plans of subdivision for the White Sun properties (identified in pink below). This will provide you with the most recent ‘public’ information on these plans of subdivision.
Note: Infrastructure Ontario’s plan for subdivision (SP-2015-06) was submitted in 2015 but has not been approved yet.
