Mark your calendars neighbours! The Whitevale & District Residents’ Association (WDRA) is proud to host a “Meet the Candidates” evening on June 5th at 7:30 pm.
As we all know, Whitevale continues to be situated at the heart of so many provincial issues and the WDRA believes it’s essential that we hear first-hand from the candidates, their views on the issues most important to us. This informal ‘mix & mingle’ event (including refreshments) is meant to be a casual, non-combative opportunity for everyone to ask their questions either one-on-one or in a group (no speeches, statements or grandstanding).

We’re pleased to report that “almost” all candidates of the Pickering-Uxbridge riding have agreed to attend. Confirmed candidates include:
- Peter Bethlenfalvy, PCs
- Nerissa Cariño, NDP
- Adam Narraway, Green Party and
- Brendan Reilly, Libertarian
So note this important date in your calendar folks. We kindly ask that you let us know if you think you may be able to attend as it helps us plan the refreshments.
